Blip(번뜩)(이하 "본 앱")은 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 아래와 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보와 저장 위치

본 앱은 이용자가 직접 생성한 다음 데이터를 처리합니다.

• 음성 녹음 파일 — 이용자가 녹음 버튼을 눌렀을 때 마이크로 녹음된 오디오
• 텍스트 메모 — 이용자가 직접 입력한 텍스트

이 데이터는 오직 이용자의 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다. 본 앱은 이 데이터를 외부 서버로 전송하거나, 개발자를 포함한 제3자에게 전송·공유·판매하지 않습니다. 본 앱은 별도의 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 이름·이메일·위치·광고 식별자 등 개인 식별 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 권한 사용 목적

본 앱은 아래 권한을 다음 목적으로만 사용합니다.

• 마이크(RECORD_AUDIO): 이용자가 요청한 음성 녹음을 위해서만 사용합니다.
• 알림(POST_NOTIFICATIONS): 녹음 진행 상태 및 정지 버튼 알림 표시를 위해 사용합니다.
• 포그라운드 서비스(FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MICROPHONE): 화면이 꺼진 상태에서도 녹음이 중단되지 않도록 하기 위해 사용합니다.
• 배터리 최적화 예외(REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS): 일부 기기에서 백그라운드 녹음이 강제 종료되지 않도록 하기 위해 이용자 동의 하에 요청합니다.
• 진동(VIBRATE): 버튼 조작 시 햅틱 피드백을 위해 사용합니다.

3. 데이터 보관 및 삭제

모든 데이터는 이용자가 앱 안에서 직접 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제(제거)하기 전까지 기기에 보관됩니다. 앱을 삭제하면 관련 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다. 본 앱은 이용자의 데이터에 원격으로 접근할 수 없습니다.

4. 제3자 제공 및 외부 전송

본 앱은 어떠한 개인정보도 외부로 전송하지 않으며, 제3자 분석 도구나 광고 SDK를 포함하지 않습니다. 다만 이용자가 앱의 "공유" 기능을 직접 사용하는 경우, 이용자가 선택한 다른 앱(메신저, 이메일 등)으로 해당 항목이 전달되며, 이후의 처리는 해당 앱의 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.

Blip ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles your information.

1. Information We Process and Where It Is Stored

The App processes only content that you create yourself:

• Voice recordings — audio recorded from the microphone when you tap the record button.
• Text notes — text you type yourself.

This data is stored only on your device. The App does not transmit it to any external server, and does not share, sell, or send it to any third party, including the developer. The App requires no account or login and does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email, location, or advertising identifiers.

2. Permissions

• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): used solely to make the voice recordings you request.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS): used to show recording status and a stop control.
• Foreground service (FOREGROUND_SERVICE / FOREGROUND_SERVICE_MICROPHONE): used to keep a recording running while the screen is off.
• Ignore battery optimizations (REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS): requested, with your consent, so background recording is not killed on some devices.
• Vibrate (VIBRATE): used for haptic feedback on button presses.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

All data remains on your device until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App removes its data. The developer cannot access your data remotely.

4. Third Parties

The App sends no personal data externally and includes no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs. If you use the App's "share" feature, the selected item is handed to another app you choose (messenger, email, etc.), whose own privacy policy then applies.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from children.
